Abstract

This panel explores the evolving presence, strategies, and societal impacts of far-right ideologies in Europe, with a focus on Italy, Germany, and the UK. It examines how fascist and extremist narratives infiltrate everyday life, shedding light on their normalisation and appeal across diverse contexts. Historical and contemporary case studies highlight both the persistence of fascist legacies and the new forms of mobilisation used by far-right actors. Together, the papers offer a multidimensional perspective on how far-right rhetoric gains traction and reshapes identities, values, and political landscapes.
