Governance

ECPR is a learned, scholarly society, headquartered in the UK with Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) status. As such, its activities are governed both by its own Constitution and associated documentation, and by the UK Charities Commission.

A board of twelve trustees, appointed every three years by the ECPR Council, is responsible for both the long-term strategic and day-to-day running of the organisation. All operational matters are then delegated to a Director, Management Group and staff.
