Abstract

As per the United Nations Summit of the Future Multilateral Solutions for a Better Tomorrow the UNSC already focus on transnational organized crime as per the growing challenges under the denominated threats to international peace and security agenda item. During these past 15 years the UNSC has held several meetings on transnational organised crime. Therefore, this comparative research paper with qualitative and empirical methodologies frame worked pillars objects to strengthen the inclusion of host vulnerable communities within States´ apparatuses processes once they keep being simultaneously hindered and targeted by non-State armed groups and organized criminal groups locally, regionally and globally. The case studies are based upon core NSAG and OCG based in South America, Africa and Europe spotlighting key regions and sectors to foster an UNGA additional agenda item to disrupt global illegal supply chains for multilateral solutions to become jointly elaborated to avoid further State apparatuses and social fabrics erosion by the illegal armed players operations connected internationally mainly by fostering methods for peaceful sustainable development alternatives - public and private sectors and respective related enterprises also do plays pivotal roles such as shipping and containers companies - for civilians dwelling within all these violently linked illicit land, fluvial and maritime corridors. The challenging issue of working both UNGA and UNSC plus State authorities and host vulnerable communities off governed territories plus also within semi and totally governed territories and unfortunately hindered by so many trans-national NSAG and OCG nonstop compelling them and other sectors within society to become part of illegal activities then time is still on our sides to reactive field-applied researches and UN implementation policies via State Members as per their own capabilities and respective empowerments as well.
