Abstract

The EU and Russia are two key partners to each other. Yet, the Russia-Ukraine conflict has complicated current relationship. The panel elaborates mutual perceptions of the EU and Russia in the context of the shared neighbourhood and argues that understanding of these perceptions is an important contribution to understanding EU-Russia relations post-Maidan.
