Recognising the widespread impact of discrimination based on gender, race and ethnicity, migration background, religion and belief, health status and/or disability, sexual orientation and gender identity and expression, and class. Along with their intersections, this workshop aims to foster a collaborative space for participants to collectively confront challenges. This workshop aims to cultivate a sense of community by openly sharing the intricate challenges and barriers inherent in academia's structures, often experienced by individuals in isolation as personal problems or unavoidable injustices. The participants will also have the opportunity to exchange individual and collective strategies for navigating and confronting structural inequalities. The workshop endeavours to shape a transformative agenda and cultivate enduring connections among participants, thus laying the groundwork for collective action that brings about meaningful change. We invite you to join us in this initiative actively contributing to the advancement of a more inclusive and equitable academia.
