Abstract

Internal EU climate policy and politics plays out in a context of inter-institutional relations and the development of certain discourses and/or ideas. Papers in this panel examine development inside the main decision-making institutions of the EU (the Council, Parliament and Commission), and consider the role of ideas, responsiveness, discourse in policy evolution.
