Our friendly Events Team are on hand to assist throughout the event – find them at the Info Desk in the ArtsTwo foyer.
Important: Please ensure you are logged into the event app with the same email address as the one you have registered for the event with.
Panels are held across two buildings: ArtsTwo and the Laws building. Venue-specific information, campus map and local travel information can be found here.
Registration and coffee breaks will take place on the Ground Floor foyer of the ArtsTwo Building.
Food and drink will also be available to buy from The Curve, Ground Cafe and the Draper's pub and kitchen.
You can view room allocations for all the Panels and activities in the programme or your itinerary on our event app.

When arranging travel and accommodation, please ensure that your booking is refundable.
It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate travel insurance. ECPR is not liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation made by participants.
We think that everyone deserves a positive event experience. Please take a few moments to read our Code of Conduct, which outlines our expectations regarding the conduct of participants at all our events.
Please upload your Paper (in PDF format and in English) well ahead of your presentation so that your fellow Panel attendees have time to prepare comments and questions.
You can also use this facility to replace your Paper or remove it after the event. Contact us if you have questions about uploading your Paper.
If you prefer to share your Paper with fellow panellists directly, please email it to your Panel Chair.
Add your itinerary directly to your calendar by clicking the export button at the top of the itinerary page.
If you are presenting a Paper, please bring your presentation on a USB to be uploaded to the PC provided or a laptop with HDMI connection if you prefer to use your own.
Room allocations are indicated in the Building field on the programme on the event app. These can also be found once the Panel has been added to your Itinerary.
Please collect your badge at the Registration and Information Desk (Ground Floor Foyer, ArtsTwo Building) from 08:00am on Monday 9 June.
