The paper will discuss the conceptual history of the European integration, including following questions:Which role played the limited forms of Europeanisation and parliamentary control in the Council of Europe and in the European Community for Steel and Coal? Has the work of the Ad Hoc Assembly tacitly played a greater role in the later history of the European integration, in the extension of supranational and parliamentary aspect?
