The contribution will aim to share the experience of an editor of a political science journal, entailing challenges that these journals in central and eastern Europe face today. The contribution will focus on the challenges to the work of an editor and the best practice. A secondary aim is to spark a discussion on how to foster the position of a CEE political science journal among the competing scientific outlets.
