advanced learning programs shall contribute to the advancing of socialization skills of both teachers and students and shall also improve teaching and social environments within city communities in smaller towns of Russia. Moreover, the strengthening of the social component
in teachers’ advanced learning programs casts a positive influence on the creation of social communities within a city and contributes to the further development of city communities as linked to the university/college environment.
