Abstract

The paper presents one of the possible methods that we use to teach the basics of political science to students of economic and business programmes. These students do not have in-depth terminology in the political sciences. In addition, Introduction to Political Science is only a selective subject for them, and there is no room for keeping extensive lectures. Therefore, we have tried to apply an exercise that can be valuable for this group of students in their orientation to business, international trade and international economic relations. As part of our paper, we present the details of the so-called Political Risk Analysis as a kind of model analysis in which students acquire specific skills needed for performing comparative political science analysis.
