Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic imposed radical transformations, related to new working conditions both globally and in the EU. Digitalization of work processes, remote form of employment, home office, online meetings, video workshops and conferences, differentiated working hours, were among the new forms of work required by the epidemiological situation in 2020 and 2021. The pandemic situation has also created changes in terms of labor mobility within the EU. One of the problems in this regard is that during the covid crisis, labour mobility is not guaranteed, it is difficult, which reflects on both employees and employers. Moreover, when labour mobility in the EU is possible, there are many cases in which, due to poor working conditions provided by employers, workers, especially seasonal ones, fall victim to the pandemic. Therefore, during the covid pandemic, it is important that labor mobility in the EU is guaranteed, that equal conditions and equal pay between posted workers and local workers, housing rights, social security and, above all, health care are ensured.
