Surprisingly enough, conceptual changes related to European integration have rarely been analysed in a systematic way that takes account of the vast debates on conceoptual change of the interdisciplinary groups of thinkers that follow the traditions of Reinhgart Koselleck and Quantin Skinner. Conceptual Historr mainly concetrates on the periods before worls war II and on nation-state related phenomena.
Hence, the paper will discuss the methodological and practical implications of an application of concentpual history theory and methodology to the analysis of European integration.
