I focus on what happens to actor constellations that are engaged in the process of norm diffusion and what geometric shapes doe these actor configuration take in moving across levels of governance (triangles, pentangles or other shapes). Moreover, I address what roles do they play in proposing, transmitting, localizing, internalizing, and implementing norms.
