Abstract

This panel focuses on the government and reform of multilevel institutions. Papers use case studies and comparative methods to analyse territorial reforms, how countries adopt territorial reforms and the role of national minorities in pushing for these reforms. Papers also analyse how multilevel institutions work to balance territorial interests.
