Abstract

This panel seeks to explore how the EU has developped its foreign policy teeth in the immediate neighbourhood and whether or not it still calls the tune as a normative power. Furthermore, some contributions shed light on more recent institutional developments, such as the consolidtaion of EU Delelgation, abroad and how they speak to the EU's normative aspirations in foreign policy.
