Abstract

One key ressource for EU foreign policy is the way it is being conceived by external powers. This panels seeks to explore from various angles how the European Union is being perceived in a number of contentious issues, such as for example by the Russian political elite, and whether it holds a model of integration such as for instance in the case of ASEAN.
