Abstract

This panel seeks to explore the role of member states in European integration in geeral and in EU foreign policy in particular. Is it possible to confirm new intergovernmentalism in the realm of EU external relations? Papers will explore the power ressources and attitudes member states have developped in order to make their voices heard.
