Abstract

The critical approach to policy studies seeks to reshape the dominant empirical-analytic discourse. This necessitates, among others, considering the relation of political and policy theory to specific practices of governance, in particular as they pertain to democracy, participatory practices, social justice, and general public welfare. this panel adresses theses tasks along papers delaing with the issue of co-producing policy research and policy practices.
