Abstract

The aim of this section is to look at the EU as an international actor. Does the EU possess an actorness of its own, and how do we analyse it (is the concept of a 'federalised' foreign policy of any use)? How is the concept of security understood within the EU-framework, and how does the Union act as an international actor?
