Abstract

Speaker: Dr Dale Mineshima-Lowe, Parami University This talk will explore curriculum design for learning in an online learning environment when working with students located / relocating due to conflict. Dr Dale Mineshima-Lowe will draw on the experience of working with students based in Myanmar, undertaking undergraduate studies while living, working, and experiencing the conditions of a country and peoples in conflict. What kind of considerations should be incorporated into the learning environment to place students at the centre of the curriculum?
