Abstract

This panel introduces the Oxford Handbook of Lobbying and its Regulation, expected to be available in early 2026. The Handbook collects contributions from more than 60 contributors in 45 chapters, some of which are presented in this panel. More specifically, the panel focuses on the Handbook’s section on ‘lobbying regulation’. Contributions consider ‘how’ to conceptualize lobbying transparency, and ‘why’ we observe what we do when examining lobbying regulation experiences globally.
