Abstract

This Panel probes the politics shaping how EU law is enforced and the variegated ways that EU rules percolate within member states. Papers analyze the supranational politics of enforcing EU law, the domestic politics of implementing EU rules, and how transnational judicial networks shape the rule of law in the Europe - including the EU's capacity to govern through law.
