Abstract

This Panel probes why EU law is mobilized unevenly by civil society actors across member states. Papers probe strategic litigation by citizens and NGOs, the ways that litigation interacts with other strategies of interest group advocacy, and the barriers obstructing EU legal mobilization on the ground.
