Abstract

.The perspective of political sociology leads to study the actors who are acting within the institutions and make them act and speak. These actors shape the institutions according to their social background, their education and their professional experience. At the same time, these sociological elements do not have the same effects depending on the institutional and social positions that these actors occupy. The papers of this panel explore these different dimensions and offer some explanations of the changes taking place.
