Abstract

This panel explores a variety of contemporary security dynamics in Europe, with a specific emphasis on Central and Eastern Europe. It analyses direct and indirect responses to and effects of the Russia-Ukraine war in the regional and extra-regional contexts. Besides great power politics, it also highlights the agency of smaller regional countries.
