Abstract

While empirical evidence from various national and regional contexts showcase that the responses of the state and the society to the COVID-19 crisis have disproportionally burdened those who live and work under most precarious circumstances, subversive and emancipatory practices have not been absent from the everyday political repertoire of these groups. The contributions critically assess relations and technologies of power and domination and at the same time offer feminist, intersectional, and queer interventions to these power relations and to their common interpretations in the academia.
