Abstract

This panel engages with the decentring turn in EU foreign policy and proposes two theoretical articles that build on the work of Fisher-Onar, Nicolaidis, Lecocq and Keukeleire to propose some new venues on the methodological, ontological and epistemological fronts. Case studies will also be discussed in order to operationalise how one must evolve from recognising the Eurocentric nature of EU foreign policy to a more self-reflective EU global actor.
