Students as partners is a pedagogical approach that goes beyond traditional hierarchies and expectations about expertise and responsibility in teacher-student relationship. Faculty and students see each other as peers, as people who can contribute to the process and share responsibility for teaching and learning (cf. Healey, Flint, & Harrington, 2016; Mercer-Mapstone et al., 2017). In this session, you will learn how to: - Include students as partners through case teaching with an emphasis on a more authentic co-inquiry - Adjust this approach to different study levels (BA vs. MA)
