The ECPR Standing Group on Parliaments is pleased to announce this conference, which seeks Papers on the theme Advances in the Empirical and Theoretical Study of Parliaments.
The conference will offer a deep and thorough discussion of Papers across three parallel Workshops, each led by a keynote speaker to create a vibrant and stimulating environment.
Three keynote speeches will offer insights into cutting-edge research in the field, and give you a chance to meet colleagues from the other two Workshops:
The Standing Group welcomes theoretical and empirical Papers employing different approaches and covering any geographical region. Deadline for Paper abstract submission is midnight UK time on Tuesday 20 August 2019.
ECPR is offering three travel grants of up to €500, aimed at first-generation and minority (including women) groups who lack funding. To apply, contact Patrícia Calca after your Paper is accpted. To be eligible for the grant, you must register for the conference and provide a letter from your Head of Department or line manager confirming that no other source of funding is available to you.
Thanks to generous funding from the Univeristy of Konstanz, there is no registration fee for this conference. However, you must still register to secure your place.
