European Parliament: Past, Present and Future

The European parliament is a political Institution that has been invented. Wenn will discuss how this happened, the paper thematises the history of losers as expressed by the work of the Ad Hoc Assembly, in particular the questions: Why have parliamentary studies and political theory hardly interested at all for the European integration in general and the work of the Ad Hoc Assembly. In which forms could we think a reform of the current EU simultaneously to parliamentary and supranational direction.
