People vote. But how do they perceive the political competition? The political elections, is it a process that combines gaming rules and competition? The answer can be “yes” taking into consideration different parties and political persons acting as actors in the political game. Politicians fight for votes using different strategies towards social, financial, environmental, and other issues.
In this study we use the game theory context to represent political competition. The Greek Elections are described as game matrices that depict the way the different political parties place themselves in the political environment. This approach permits us to see, how voters act and react as the same or different strategies interfere.
For the completion of the process, we use the Nash equilibrium and the mix strategy method so as to understand how the political competition is developed and evolved.
This approach is a political marketing and communication tool to develop strategic political campaigns and to better understand political election results.
We use the Greek political elections of 2023 context and information from all means of information such as social media, radio, tv shows, and newspapers.
