Abstract

This panel focuses on the making and the consequences of illiberal policies in Central and Eastern European countries. Using concept from public policy, such as governance and policy learning or diffusion the papers in the panel will highlight the role of actors in policy-making. At the same time, we are also interested in the effects of illiberal policies on voters.
