Abstract

Debates about justice extend beyond domestic political contexts - to matters including climate change, distributive justice, internet surveillance, and freedom of movement. The international or global scope of these areas raise questions about ownership and agency, the determination of rights- and duty-bearers, the extent of rights and duties, and the justifications of action. Papers in this panel explore these issues.
