Lobbying across the stages of the policy process

Abstract

The contributions to this panel focus on the particular characteristics of lobbying in at distinct stages of the policy cycle, both comparing the stages and zooming in on a particular stage. Innovatively, they panel highlights the contrast between the continious nature of lobbying with the cyclical, stage-like nature of the policy process (leading to research interest in 'ex-post' lobbying and influence, litigation as lobby, and interest formation within a relevant eco-system of actors).
