By examining various aspects, including emotions, identity, and trust, the research provides a sound understanding of the forces shaping public opinion in the EU. The research findings aim to enhance our understanding of public sentiment dynamics and develop strategies to foster European integration and address the challenges posed by polarization and declining institutional trust. The panel also highlights the use of advanced quantitative methods, showcasing innovative approaches to study public opinion and other areas of political science research.
