Coping with co-creation

Abstract

It is argued that we are witnessing a gradual shift in the perception of the public sector from being first a public authority, then an efficient service provider, and finally, an arena for effective co-creation. In this panel, we seek papers which try to identify coping strategies related to co-creation in different governance or policy contexts at the local level.
