In person icon Climate Policy Networks

Abstract

Climate change is a ‘wicked problem’ that involves a number of complexities which makes to governance and policy-making challenging. A policy networks lens, can help us explain the complexities of formal institutional and informal linkages between diverse yet interdependent policy actors and how they shape climate change policy-making and implementation. The call is open to substantive, theoretical, and methodological contributions to climate policy networks. We particularly welcome studies on multi-level governance, coalition work and socio-ecological systems, as well as multi-layer, comparative and longitudinal policy networks analyses.
