Important: The conference programme is available via the event app and the website. Please ensure you are logged into the event app with the same email address as the one you have registered for the event with.

Get started

Build your itinerary

Your itinerary is available on the event app and My Events in My ECPR. Panels in which you have a role have been automatically added.

Adding sessions

Add sessions to your itinerary by clicking the calendar icon in the programme. The format of each Panel and activity is indicated as follows:

or P in the Panel code: In-person
or V in the Panel code: Virtual

To sync your itinerary with your calendar, click the Export to Calendar button at the top of the itinerary page.

Live streaming

All in-person Panels and headline events will be streamed online via our event app. Once logged in, click On Now in the menu and follow the links to join.

In-person participants

If you are participating in Panels in Dublin, please ensure your booking is refundable when arranging travel and accommodation. It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate travel insurance. ECPR is not liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation made by participants.

Attending in Dublin if your Panels are virtual

If all Panels in which you have a participating role are taking place virtually, please consider your environmental footprint and avoid travelling to Dublin. The virtual participation fee covers online participation only.

Get ready

Upload your Paper

Uploaded Papers are available ONLY on the event app. Head to the Papers tab under Programme and click the Download Full Paper button on the Paper information page to access the PDF.

Please upload your Paper (PDF in English) well ahead of your presentation to give fellow panellists time to prepare comments and questions.

Head to My Events in your My ECPR account.
Click Manage Paper > Browse > Select your Paper > Open/OK > Upload.
Click View Document to ensure that it has been uploaded successfully

You can also use this facility to replace your Paper or remove it after the event. Contact us if you have questions about uploading your Paper.

By uploading your Paper via My ECPR, you agree to its publication on the event app for all participants. To share your Paper directly with fellow panellists, please email it to your Panel Chair.

Bring your presentation on a USB

If you are presenting a Paper, please bring your presentation on a USB stick to upload to the PC provided. We will be unable to accept presentations via participants' laptops.

Find room allocations

Room allocations are indicated in the Building field on the programme in the event app and website. These can also be found once the Panel/activity has been added to your itinerary.

Collect your badge

Badges are required to access all conference Panels and activities, including networking events.

Please collect your badge at the Registration Desk at the O'Brien Centre for Science at the following times:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 08:00–18:00
Tuesday: 08:00–19:00
Friday: 08:00–15:00

Get online

All virtual Panels will run on Zoom. If you are directing a Panel, you will be automatically assigned as host for your Panel's Zoom sessions.

Before joining, familiarise yourself with features you may need – mute / unmute microphone, stop/start video, share screen, naming / renaming yourself, chat and 'raise hand'. Find out more in the attendee controls guide.

How to join

On the event app, find the session in your My Itinerary or head to On Now.
Click the Join Meeting button which will appear 15 minutes before the start time.
You’ll see an option to join via the Zoom app or your browser.
Simply follow Zoom prompts to get connected.

Times in your itinerary are indicated in IST.

Notice of photography/filming
Photographers will be taking pictures at various locations on campus during this event. The photographers will be used by ECPR to promote its activities and may be published on the ECPR website, used in digital and email marketing, on social media, and in other promotional materials.

If you do not wish to appear in such photographs, please make yourself known to the photographer, a member of ECPR staff, or a Conference Ambassador in an ECPR T-shirt.
