We've created this handy guide to help you at every step of the way during your conference experience – from uploading your Paper to making the most of your participation.
Important: Please ensure you are logged into the event platform using the same email address as the one you have registered for the event with.
All conference sessions will be taking place at the Leibniz University Hannover, Main Building (1101), Welfengarten 1, 30167 Hannover, Germany.
All Panel sessions will take place in rooms marked F. Conference Welcome, Conference Keynotes, book release, poster presentations and the Closing Roundtable will all take place in the Lichthof.
The optional conference dinner takes place at 19:00 on Friday at Bona'me, a turkish kitchen. Any costs incurred at the dinner will need to be covered by the individual. It serves great food, has a very social atmosphere and costs roughly €8-16 per person.

There will be limited masks and hand sanitisers available on site. All of the chosen rooms are spacious and can accommodate safe social distancing if needed.
Although masks are not required in the venue, it is mandatory to wear a mask on public transport.

When arranging travel and accommodation, please ensure that your booking is refundable.
