The 2015 (43rd) Joint Sessions of Workshops took place for the first time in Poland in the city of Warsaw. 

Almost 100 proposals had been received for the 25 Workshop slots available, and over 800 Papers proposed.  456 participants came and took part in the first Joint Sessions to be held in Eastern Europe and only the second ECPR event ever to be held in this region (after the 2005 General Conference in Budapest). 

Workshops covered included 'Analysing Parliamentary Behaviour in European Union Affairs' and 'Citizenship, Diversity, Participation and Education in Times of Change'.   A full list of Workshops and the Papers presented can be found in the Academic Programme via the Panel within 'The Event' to the right. 

Highlights of the social programme included a speech given by former President of Poland, Lech Walesa and the annual Stein Rokkan lecture given by Stanislaw Filipowicz.
