Instructor: Jo Howard No pre-registration required – just drop in on the day. This taster presents a virtual course on using participatory research methods in political science research. Throughout the course, you'll learn to effectively employ these methods in your research process, gaining insights into their ethical, political, and practical dimensions. By mastering conceptual frameworks and practical tools, you'll be equipped to design and execute participatory research within your research project. The instructor will present a 30-minute lecture on their course topic, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session. This will allow you to get a clearer picture of the methodology, its fundamental principles, course objectives, and the tools you'll explore.
