Abstract

This panel focuses on current developments in the EU's Common Security and Defence Policy with the aim of assessing policies, procedures and instruments, considering also the context of war in Ukraine and its implications. Looking at CSDP operations, rapid deployment capacity and early-warning mechanisms, the panel discusses current trends and the opportunities and limits CSDP faces.
