Confirmations emails have been sent to all Panel and Paper proposers, so if you haven't received an email yet, check your junk/spam folders. If you still can't find anything, email us and we can resend the message. If you did submit a proposal, you should be able to see the status of it in your MyECPR account. The Academic Programme is now live, with 78 Sections, more than 520 Panels, and over 2,500 Papers - something for everyone.
More than 4,000 Papers were proposed for the Hamburg General Conference, which is the highest amount to date! The Section Chairs now have the unenviable task of compiling their Sections. If you proposed a Panel and/or Paper, expect to receive an email from us in early April to confirm its status. We wish all proposers the best of luck, and thank you for taking the time to submit your proposal.
If you have an idea for a Panel for one of the accepted Sections, but need to find Papers to propose it (between three and five), you can add your call for Papers here. Simply Email us with your name, institution, Panel title and a Panel abstract outlining the types of Papers you would like to attract and we will add it to the list.
The Academic Convenors have made their decisions and the list of approved Sections can be found here. There are 78 Sections this year, so there should be something to appeal to everyone.
All Panels and Papers must be submitted online by midnight UK time on 15 February 2018.
